North America

This area of the world is my home.

I come from a small town on an island at the western edge of Canada, called Port Hardy. If was a town supported by fishing, logging, and mining. Now it’s mostly just logging with a little fishing. It is remote and surrounded by forest and ocean.

North America is an amazing place to travel because there are many different things you can see. From the bright lights of Hollywood to the Volcanoes of Hawaii to the beads of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.  You can hike up the Rocky Mountains and down into Canyons. You can visit the ruins of the Mayan and Aztec people, the lines of the Nazca or the heads of the Olmec.

Including Canada, Mexico, Greenland, The United States, the Caribbean, and the countries of Central America North America has lots to see. Remember to get medical insurance if you are travelling to the USA, they are very expensive if something happens. The 20,000$ horror stories about a broken bone are true for those without insurance.
